Coverage for Your Wedding

From $2200

Whether you are having 25 people or 225 people (or more!) I can provide coverage from 3 hours up to 10 hours.
We will work together to produce a timeline that suits you so you can relax and enjoy your day knowing we have time to capture all the things you want captured.
All images will be edited to my style and provided via a password protected webgallery for you to download from.

Elopements / Small weddings

From only $990

Elopements or small weddings are such a wonderful intimate occasion that I love being a part of!
Whether you're flying in from interstate or overseas to elope or just want to plan an intimate wedding with your closest people - I will capture the joy and the love of your occasion.
Coverage can be as short as 90minutes up to what ever you have in mind.

Albums

From $1195

An album is a wonderful way to present your images and have as a keepsake to hold and look through. Images on the computer are all well and good, but something tangible can never be accidentally deleted!
The albums I offer have a modern feel with images across the pages and lay flat to give that panoramic feel to the spreads.
I have some sample albums in my office studio that show the amazing quality and feel.

Engagement Shoots

From only $495

Let's face it - not everybody has hired a photographer to photograph themselves for a whole day before, so it's a good idea to have a pre-wedding or engagement shoot before your wedding to get used to being photographed with your intended. You get to find out how I work with you and what I say to get the great shots you want!

Reasons to have an Engagement Shoot

Get rid of any nerves you may have

You may never have hired a photographer before, so you may not be used to being photographed (professionally!). This a chance to see that the way I go about the process helps you relax and puts you at ease. Often it's the fellas that come away thinking it was pretty good fun and then they look forward to that part of the wedding!

See how we can get great shots easily

It's not going to be pose after pose - there's a a little direction here and there to help you along the way and the whole process is about relaxing and having fun. This helps bring out you and your partner's natural selves so we can get those candid images that you'll love.

Different location from wedding

I advocate that if you're having a country wedding then why not have your engagement shoot on or by the beach and vice versa.
We can also get a little messy too if you're up for it! A little rolling around in the waves or in the long grass - things you may not be inclined to do on your wedding day :)

Photos can be used for your wedding day

You can use an image from your engagement session as part of the invitation to your wedding.
Several images can be put together for a guest signing book on your wedding day or table decorations.
Have even seen the engagement shoot images put onto cup cakes too!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a consultation important?

Hell yes! It's really important that we work together before the wedding day to work out timelines and logistics so that your expectations can be met with ease. I can help with suggestions for timelines and am basically your time keeper on the day so you don't have to worry about a thing. A face to face meeting is the best thing, however, if you are overseas or interstate a skype call can be useful and then maybe meet up during the days prior to your wedding day for that face to face meeting. Basically the more we discuss before the day the easier the day will flow :)

One of the best ways to do this is to have an engagement shoot - this will serve to get to know the shooting process and how easy I make it for you, while at the same time we talk about your wedding day.

Do you include the wedding day image files with your packages?

Yes, your image files with your wedding package will be avilable to download via a link sent to you, with a license to use and print. You also get a folder of websized image files - perfect for facebook and emailing.

Copyright always stays with the studio and the images are for personal use only.

We only want a few hours coverage, do you have an option for that?
Yes and no really. For weddings on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday I only offer between 5 hours (Essentials) and 8 hours (can be extended if required). If your wedding is only a couple of months or so away and I'm available call me and I may be able to do something if I'm available. During Monday to Thursday I do offer elopement weddings and shorter coverage.
How do we book you, and can you hold a date for us?

You just need to fill out a booking form and send/email it to me and pay the $1200 booking fee to secure the date (or 50% if shorter coverage). This fee will be towards your balance (balance payable 4 weeks prior to your wedding). This fee is non-refundable, it being the agreed loss suffered by holding the date for you.
I'm not able to hold a date without the booking fee - my services are offered on a first come first served basis and once the date is secured I will be turning away other enquiries for that particular date.

How long before we see our wedding photos and how do we see them first?

The turnaround time is around 3 to 4 weeks. You can see them either in my studio on the big screen or in a password protected online gallery or as a blog post first. We discuss this during one of our consultations.

How does the album design process work?

Generally I pre-design the album layouts from your list of chosen favourite images. I will design with more pages than you've pre-paid for to get as many of your favourite images in and then you can take out any pages you don't want or swap images with others. Once happy with the album layout and any additional pages are paid for the album will be ordered. I can have the pre-design ready to view within 7 days of receiving your list. (The full process and any additional costs involved are detailed in the terms and conditions page on your booking form).

What areas do you cover for weddings?
The majority of my weddings are here on the Sunshine Coast, but I will travel further - Australia wide and overseas if required (additional costs may be appicable). For Brisbane and Gold Coast weddings there is a travel fee.
Do you have an assistant on the wedding day or a second photographer?
99.9% (approximate figure!) of all the weddings I photograph I work by myself and know I will get all the images you want (and more!) just by myself. There are occasions where you might want a second photographer due to logistics or you just might want different angles/events captured during your day. There is an option to include a second photographer and the costs involved which can be found in the link I send when making an enquiry. As for an assistant for me - this is generally on a wedding by wedding basis and at my discretion as to whether one is required. The assistant would be there to help me carry bags or fetch equipment and does not take any photos or have any input in the photos taken. There is no additional cost for assistant if I choose to have one.
Have you got insurance?
Yes. Both public liability and equipment, any photographer you consider photographing your wedding must have insurance (otherwise they're not really professionals).
